At present ecology has developed into an independent subject with its own systematized theory, and its distinct idea makes extensive and deep influences in many scientific fields. Using the ecological ideas and thoughts this thesis researches the relation between teachers and students in biological class, and it also studies how to reform relation ecology of biological class.This thesis takes biological class as researching object of class relation ecology, and combines ecology with biological education of senior middle school in order to reform the relation of teachers and students. The relationship of class ecology environment and subject forms the complicated structure of class ecology. As a result, this thesis mainly researches the relationship of class ecology environment and subject. It accords to the theory of ecology, pedagogy, psychology, modern education technology, construction, etc. and it uses researching methods of philology, observation, interview, inquiry, logical analysis, etc. It refers to researching achievements about class relation of psychologist and educationist. It researches factor importance, characteristics, main performance, development demand and function of biological class relation ecology, and it puts forward corresponding strategies of paying attention to relation ecology and improving teaching efficiency.This whole thesis can be divided into four parts as follows. The first deals with the reason, significance, actuality, tendency, content, object, method of this study on biological class relation ecology. The second is concentrated on relationship between the theory as ecology, construction, subjective education, multiplex intelligence, etc. and biological class relation ecology. It defines concepts of relation, class ecology, class relation ecology etc. The third analyses importance of class relation factors. As a result, the last is about practice research of how to construct biological class relation ecology of senior middle school.If we pay attention to relation ecology in biological class, it can improve student's achievements and abilities, therefore biological teacher should attach importance to class relation ecology and reforming ecological class with more harmonic relationship. This thesis can enrich contents of relation ecology in biological class, and it has some guidance to biological education of senior middle school.
