Classroom management is one of the most complex areas in education and teaching.many researches are based on Psychology,Philosophy,Sociology and Management Science,and many people believe that classroom management is a process in which teachers coordinate a variety of factors to achieve the objectives of teaching,However,they neglect that classroom is a complex ecosystem composed of teachers,students and environment.Encyclopedia of International Education on the classroom management has also made such a definition that classroom management is to create enabling environment for students to participate in classroom activities.Classroom management is not only the basic guarantee to smooth the classroom teaching and improve the quality of classroom teaching,but also an important way to promote the quality of all-round development of students and teachers.Therefore,this article holds that to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching is not the only goal of classroom management,Ecological classroom management should face human life and concern for human life as the starting point in order to improve the quality of human life.Ecological classroom management has its unique characteristics:openness,diversity,integrity,generativeness,and self-organizing,etc,It aims at re-constructing the internal natural ecology,that is the balance of spirit ecology and personality ecology.The full text is divided into five parts:Part one.The meaning of classroom management.First of all,I make an analysis of the connotation of management,similarities and differences of leadership and management,and then explore the need,features and elements of classroom management.Part two.I make an analysis of the current classroom management in primary and secondary schools.Both primary and secondary classroom management in our country has problems as well as achievements,teacher-centered,control-centered,weakening subjectivity,closed management.The reasons include the impact of instrumental rationality and bureaucracy.Part three.Ecological perspective of classroom management.This section first analyses the theory of the ecological context of classroom management,then put forward the "ecological people" hypothesis of human nature,and finally generalize the ecological characteristics of classroom management.Part four.Ecological classroom management strategies.This part draws lessons from Ecological Pedagogy,Management Science,Culturology,and put forward classroom management strategies,including:establish eco-oriented classroom culture,organic and whole teaching,eco-oriented relationship between teachers and students,pluralistic management community.Part five.Ecological assessment of classroom management.This part analyses evaluation functions,methods,evaluation criteria:authenticity,openness,forward-looking and dynamic nature,evaluation content:evaluation of teachers,students and classroom management climate.
