Speciality identity is an important problem which affects speciality study psychology and speciality ability development,should be paid great attention.Because the western nation exchanges major very free,the speciality identity question is not prominent.But speciality study is classified into concrete major in domestic university;college students' study is directed by major.Whether college students like own major,speciality identity is an important fact which affects college students' speciality study and the growth.So speciality identity is a topic problem which widely be paid attention in the recent year researcher.For all this,research about college students' speciality identity still was few in our country,and college students' speciality identity measuring tool was deficient.Therefore,developing college students' speciality identity measuring tool which conforms to the psychological surveying standard,finding development character of college students speciality identity,analyzing relationship between college students' speciality identity and major background, professional decision-making relations,regarding instructs college students' career development. They have the important value.In view of this,this research utilization methods such as literature analytic method,interview and survey procedure,through problem posing,,literature reviewing,interview and open style investigation,expert judgement and my study conception,proposing college students' speciality identity dimension construction,compiling questionnaire of college students' speciality identity, investigating speciality identity characteristic research,finding the relationship between speciality identity and major background,between speciality identity and professional policy-making difficult. We can draw the following conclusion:(1) College students' speciality identity can be divided into four psychology dimension which are the cognition,the emotionality,behavior,the fitness.College students' speciality identity questionnaire which is constituted by 23 questions has high reliability and validity.It can be used as a measuring tool about college students' speciality identity.(2) College students' speciality identity total score and four dimension scores is higher than generally median;it indicated that college students' speciality identity is in the medium level as a whole.Contemporary college studentss identify their major on universal.(3) College students' speciality identity has interaction in the sex and major type.The male student have no significant difference in the major type in the total score and four factors,the female student have significant difference in major type in the total score and four factor,moreover the female student obviously is lower than the male student to the agriculture major in speciality identity.(4) College students' speciality identity has interaction in the grade and major type.The arts major and science and technology major have the significant difference in the grade in college students' speciality identity total score,the arts and technology are both the trend of first escalation then drops,third grade is flex point,the partial factors also have significant difference in the grade. But the agronomy major and the medicine major have no significant difference in the grade in college students' speciality identity total score and the factor.Besides second grade,freshman class, the third grade,the 4th class college students,the speciality identity has the significant difference in the major type.(5) College students' speciality identity has interaction in the grade and the school level. Regarding the key school student,the speciality identity total score and the cognition,the behavior, the fitness,three factors have significant difference in the grade.Regarding the general school student,speciality identity total score and the emotion,the fitness,two factors have significant difference in the grade.Regarding the freshman,speciality identity total score and the emotion,the fitness,two factors have significant difference in the school level.About third grade the difference is significant in the cognition factor.About fouth grade,they have statistics significance difference in the cognition and the behavior factor.(6) Major prospect,major choice,major study condition,and learning achieve record all have significant difference in speciality identity total score and the cognition,the emotion,the behavior, the fitness four factors.The group of independent choice is higher than parents wish and dispensing major.Score points of popular major students is higher than the general major and dull subject major, group of college studentss which speciality study condition is good is higher than the study condition common group,the common group is higher than the bad group,the group's college studentss which belong to academic record good scores points is higher than the middle result group,the middle result group must be higher than the bad result group. (7) Total score of college students' speciality identity questionnaire and total score of speciality circumstance questionnaire is correlation significant(r=0.708,p<0.001).Speciality circumstance of college students can predict effectively speciality identity;three factors of value,study environment, and prospect status can explain jointly 56.9%amounts of variation in speciality identity.(8) Total score of college students' speciality identity and total score of career decision-making difficult is significant correlation(r=-0.326,p<0.01),College students's speciality identity can predict effectively career decision-making difficult,most importantly is emotion factor,and next is cognition factor.
