Specialty identity as an important factor which affects specialty study and specialty ability development has be paid great attention by the researchers. The normal university students as the reserve of education enhance their professional identity; can make study and teacher professional development plans individually, Thus clarifying its professional learning tasks and the development direction, undertake later teaching work better. Therefore compiling a good reliability and validity questionnaire of specialty identity and influence factors, understanding the characteristics and influencing factors of normal university students'specialty identity, discussing the relationship between normal university students'specialty identity and career decision-making difficulties, regarding instructs normal university students'specialty development, they have the important value.This research based on the literature reviewing, interview, questionnaire and expert's demonstration, constructing the structure of the normal university students'specialty identity and influencing factors. Compiling questionnaire of normal university students'specialty identity and influencing factors, investigating the characteristics and influencing factors of normal university students'specialty identity, and analyzing the relationship between specialty identity and career decision-making difficulties.(1)The normal university students'specialty identity can be divided into three psychology dimension which are the cognition, the emotionality, behavior. the questionnaire has high reliability and validity.(2)Beside the behavior, the normal university students'specialty identity total score and the two factors are slightly higher than the average. it shows that the normal university students'specialty identity in the medium level, the specialty study needs to be further improved. (3)The normal university students'specialty identity has no significant differences in the sex.(4)The cognitive and behavior exist significant differences in the places. the students from city get higher scores than those from countryside in cognitive, the students from countryside get higher scores than those from city in behavior .(5)The normal university students'specialty cognitive has significant difference in major type. Category for science students get higher scores than liberal arts students in cognitive.(6)Beside the behavior, the normal university students'specialty identity total score, the cognitive and emotionality have significant difference in the specialty choice.(7)The cognition of specialty has significant difference in grade, the third grade, the fourth grade the normal university students'scores are higher than the freshman class.(8)Learning achieve record has significant difference in specialty identity total score and the emotionality. About the specialty identity total score, the better record group of normal university students has higher score than the bad result group. about the emotionality, the middle result group is higher than the bad result group.(9)The influencing factors of the normal university students'specialty identity including specialty interest, specialty education, employment prospects, social approval. Specialty interest, specialty education, employment prospects have positive prediction for specialty identity. In various factors, specialty interest has the biggest determines for specialty identity, followed the employment prospects and specialty education. Social approval has indirect impact for specialty identity.(10)Total score of normal university students'speciality identity and total score of career decision-making difficult is significant correlation, normal university students'speciality identity can predict career decision-making difficult effectively, most importantly is specialty emotionality,and next is specialty cognition.
