College students' career decision-making difficulties are the difficulties encountered by college students in the career selection process.Social cognitive career theory(SCCT)points out that career learning experience is an important basis for college students to make career choices, and has an important impact on career decision-making difficulties. However, there are few studies on the influence of career learning experience on career decision-making difficulties in the past. This study constructs a moderated mediating effect model based on the theory of social cognitive career(SCCT)and buffering model of social support, combining the actual situation of domestic college students' career activities The mediating role of professional identity in career learning experience and career decision-making difficulties,as well as the role of career social support in regulating the above-mentioned intermediary path is tested. The Career Exploration and Decision Learning Experiences(CEDLE)scales and Vocational Identity Status Assessment(VISA)were used to predict 360 college students, and the translation and revision of the scales were completed. The reliability coefficient was between.78 and.86.The formal test was conducted using Career Exploration and Decision Learning Experiences scales,Career Decision-making Difficulty questionnaire,Vocational Identity Status Assessment and Career Social Support Inventory to within 720 college students. The structural equation model analysis shows that: social economic status as the control variable,(1)career learning experience has a direct impact on career decisionmaking difficulties: verbal persuasion, vicarious learning, and negative emotions can significantly predict career decision-making difficulties.(2)The mechanism of career learning experience on career decision-making difficulties is a moderated intermediary model: when career social support is high,in-breadth career exploration mediates the impact of vicarious learning on career decision-making difficulties;when career support is high, career self-doubt completely mediates the impact of personal mastery experience on career decision-making difficulties.;when career support is high, career self-doubt completely mediates the influence of positive emotions on career decisionmaking difficulties; When career support is low or high, professional self-doubt part mediates the impact of negative emotions on career decision-making difficulties.(3)Career social support moderates the influence of personal mastery experience on career self-doubt.When career social support is low, personal mastery experience has no effect on career self-doubt,and as the scores of career social support scale become higher, the influence of personal mastery experience become stronger.Career social support moderates the impact of career self-doubt on career decision-making difficulties. When career social support is high, career self-doubt has a stronger effect on career decisionmaking difficulties. When career social support is reduced, career self-doubt has weakened the effect on career decision-making difficulties.Career social support moderates the influence of verbal persuasion on career decision-making difficulties. When career social support is low, verbal persuasion has a stronger effect on career decision-making difficulties. When career social support increases, verbal persuasion weakens the influence on career decision-making difficulties. The findings of this study indicate that the influence mechanism of career learning experience on career decision-making difficulties may be influenced by cultural differences.Career learning experience can not only directly affect career decisionmaking difficulties, but also further influence career decision-making difficulties by affecting professional identity. The relationship is moderated by the support of career society.
