Migrant workers in the new era of national policy guidance and support from the rural surplus labor transfer out of "migrant workers" has become China's economic and social development to promote an important force in the economic development of their cities to provide a steady flow of power,whether to solve the three rural or to change the urban-rural dual structure are an important contribution to make.Kaili City,Guizhou Province of the state as a minority autonomous region with its regional and national particularities particularity,In a crucial period of economic development.Kaili City to creme a learning-oriented city.improve the quality of migrant workers groups,migrant workers need to rely on community-based vocational training,community education in this branch of education and training of migrant workers of the new model.This paper attempts to lifelong education and education level based on the theory of the public, through surveys,interviews and research methods such as cross-cutting method of Carey City Community vocational training of migrant workers to carry out field research,collect a variety of useful information and valuable statistics data,analysis of the Kaili community vocational training of migrant workers among the existing problems,and community-based vocational training of migrant workers in the development of countermeasures and proposals.The full text of sub-chapters:The first chapter of the Community vocational training of migrant workers made a preliminary study of the theory,first of all migrant workers provides an overview of vocational training, community education related to theory,and define related concepts.Followed by the community of migrant workers on the theoretical basis for vocational training,set out community-based vocational training of migrant workers is based on the theory of life-long education and educational equity based on the theory.Finally,the speech summed up the community-based vocational training of migrant workers of the characteristics of the community trying to vocational training of migrant workers from other forms of vocational training of migrant workers.The second chapter analyzes the Carey City of migrant workers the status of community-based vocational training,first of all,the city of Kaili community of migrant workers to make an overview of patterns of vocational training;followed by an analysis of questionnaires and interviews with teachers which reflect the specific problems;again is survey of migrant workers and the emergence of an interview to discuss specific issues;Finally.community-based vocational training of migrant workers among the problems attributed to four major areas:the Government,communities,teachers and the teaching of their own limitations in regard to migrant workers.The third chapter to promote the community of migrant workers Kaili Development of vocational training,first of all is to improve community-based vocational training of migrant workers external environment,the Government and the community have put forward appropriate recommendations;second is to improve community-based vocational training of migrant workers internal environment,to improve the teaching of the recommendations of teachers and migrant workers to improve the limitations of the recommendations of its own.
