Under The Perspective Of Social Work Migrant Workers Into The Urban Community Research

With the sustained economic and social development, a number of migrant workers is accompanied by rapid economic development arising after the reform and opening. The issue of migrant workers taken the new challenges to the China’s social management.Therefore, migrant workers into the city become policy, academic research important issues in recent years.After migrant workers into the city, facing the society of strangers choose to adapt,integrate and "re-socialization", urban community is an important field.Social work is an application of highly helpful profession, its objectives are designed to help into the economic and social environment harmed individuals and groups, creating conditions for them to restore and improve its social function.I selected representative of the West Tower Street F community in Shenyang City as a community of practice. Social workers through the literature and field interviews with those scattered three population groups in this community, concluded: migrant workers in F community into the urban community level is low.From social perspective,I explore an effective way to promote scattered in urban communities of migrant workers into the community.It has been carried out photography activities in community, and insisted the community WeChat platform maintenance work, for the community life of migrant workers add to the fun while building community communication platform with local residents and community groups to increase exchange opportunities.Use of social systems theory and the hierarchy of needs, guidance and assessment carried out the substantive work.This paper put forward three suggestions: to enhance the ability of community work of social workers, to meet the different needs of migrant workers, relevant government and civil system community worker strengthen attention on migrant workers into the city.The last part of this paper is the prospect, reviewing the historical evolution of this group occur,at the same time, appeal to the community to work together to build a civilized and harmonious society together to help people of migrant workers the goal of urbanization in early achievement.
