As the core of the academic evaluation, Humanities and social science achievement evaluation has important function for the academic research and academic development. Therefore the author thinks the following principles should be followed: in the evaluation on the orientation of "academic" is the most fundamental evaluation orientation, in evaluation goals with "the development of humanities and social science" as the ultimate goal. In the evaluation results oriented, based on "quality" as the basic evaluation. With the academic evaluation policy for guidance and academic evaluation system of security, constructing the evaluation and supervision system, integrated humanities and social science research and adapt to the evaluation methods, such as perfecting evaluation procedures in humanities and social science of the healthy and orderly development.
