Self-controlling is one of the important abilities one must possess.This ability can help people deal with problems much better,adapt to the society more quickly,accomplish the task more perfectly,and harmonize every kind of relationship more smoothly.To train the students' self-controlling ability takes up an essential role in the process of promoting students' mathematic ability.Training students' self controlling ability is to make students establish the self-awareness,master some methods and skills about self-controlling in the procedure of studying,and make them skilled of doing self-evaluation and self-controlling in time.Beginning from detecting nowadays Senior One students' ability on mathematic self-controlling in our school,this thesis analyzes the exiting problems as following:the students' self-controlling ability is low,mainly being reflected in the process of mathematic learning and solving the questions.Therefore,the training of students' self-controlling ability is one of the teaching target.At the beginning,this thesis proposes the meaning of training senior students' self-controlling ability,analyzes the basic theory,manifestation and structure of mathematic self-controlling ability.And then,combining with the practical condition of Senior One students,the thesis proposes basic process and specific teaching execution for training.Lastly comes the experimental research for the training.Through the research,we acquire the following conclusions:firstly,students' mathematic learning ability can be improved by training their self-controlling ability;secondly,through mastering all kinds of basic learning tragedies and skills,students can improve their self-controlling ability,thus gradually making each link of learning process perfect;thirdly, through this kind of training,students' self-controlling awareness becomes obviously stronger, being willing to study actively,evaluate themselves objectively,adjust their recognizing structure to perfection.As a result,there forms a good habit of self-controlling,promoting the development of mathematic learning level.
