Our country is a large agricultural nation.The agriculture is the national economy foundation.In recent years the country in order to solve the "three agriculture" question,has formulated a series of effective and specific policies.Our party has put forward the great mission of building a harmonious society.As we all know,our nation has much rural population,the building of a harmonious society can not be separated from the building of new socialist countryside.To complete this great historical mission of building new socialist rural areas,the key is to enhance the technological and cultural qualities of the rural population,promote the agricultural science and technology,and develop modern agriculture. To get all these done the prerequisite and foundation is to strengthen education,especially to strengthen the middle-agricultural vocational education.Because that in the process of building new socialist rural areas,our middle-agricultural vocational education bears the sacred mission of training qualified personnel and providing intellectual support.However looked on the medium agriculture vocational education at present,we know it also has many problems.In this case,the middle-agricultural vocational education can not produce a large number of high-quality workers as required.In the current social situation,how to make the medium agriculture vocational education achieve sustainable development has become an urgent problems.In order to meet the new socialist countryside construction needs,China must speed up the medium agriculture vocational education development.The medium agriculture vocational education needs the powerful policy support to go out the difficult position.This article has studied the medium agriculture vocational education policy from the time of the foundation of our country to the present time,it has thoroughly studied the medium agriculture vocational education policy and the implementation effect factors which influence the policy.It has also carried on the model from some developed countries about the local development experience for medium agriculture vocational education.Moreover this article has studied the medium agriculture vocational education present situation.It has also made some objective analysis to our country.Finally this research has put forward the feasible proposals to consummate our medium agriculture vocational education policy.The proposals are:to strengthen the legislation,to increase funding,to reform the education system,to improve the financial aid system,to adjust the professional settings,to strengthen the teaching staff,and to strengthen the supervisory system.
