A new round of curriculum reform began in senior high school from 2004. Guarantee smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform and strengthen the training of new courses, as well as the management after teacher -training in senior high school, which is the key to the new curriculum reform. Well, the school-based management after teacher -training is one of the important aspects.The author conducted a questionnaire survey and face-to-face interviews to some teachers who had been trained in some of the provinces of New-Curriculum reform. The survey showed that there are certain issues on the management after teacher -training of the new-curriculum. Bad-management will lead to a mere formality, what's more, it can affect the reform process of New Curriculum Reform in senior high school. Therefore, to implement the training content, it is necessary to study the management strategies to teachers trained in the new curriculum. Of course, the management contains many aspects, educational and administrative departments, training departments and trained departments and so on. Among the various managements departments, the author is particularly concerned about the management of the trained departments, which is called the school-based management. In this article, the author analyzed and interpreted the issues of the management and tried to build a rational and effective the strategies of the school-based management to the teachers trained in the high school new-curriculum.The structure of this article is arranged in the logical ways, that is, proposing the question, analyzing the question and solving the question.The first part synthesizes theories related to pedagogies and psychology and so on. And author analyzes five aspects which are educational development in senior high school, the requirements of the new curriculum reform, the perspective of teacher professional growth, the training management and the school-based management, which shows the necessity of studying the school-based management to teachers trained in the new-curriculum in senior high school.The second part analyzes the current school-based management situation about teachers trained in the new-curriculum, which is based on the contents of the new curriculum and requirements for teachers of the new curriculum in senior high school.The third part discusses the research methods including investigation. questionnaire and interview. This article researches the current school-based management situation about teachers trained in the new-curriculum in senior high school. According to the survey results, the author analyzes and sums up the systems' weakness and causes.The last part introduces a series of strategic thinking of the school-based management to teachers trained in the high school new-curriculum combining historical background and current situation of education in high schools. It dwells on the rules and strategies of the implement the school-based management for teachers trained in the high school new-curriculum.To sum up, in such background, it is very important for us to strengthen the school-based management to teachers trained in the high school new-curriculum, and it will also has a big meaning and value to the whole basic education reform.
