After the middle of 1980 s,school-based training is continuously developing along with the various countries’ teachers specialization activities.In recent years,along with the implementation of our country’s new round curriculum reform of basic education,school-based training has already became an important way to renew teacher’s educational concept,train disciplinary literacy,rich teaching strategies,and then change educational method and teaching activities.This study based on the Case Study method,take primary school X as a sample,described the evolution process of the school-based training of primary school X,analyzed the current situation,concluded the problems,revealed the reasons,and proposed management countermeasures,thereby to help primary school X to solve her problems,and to promote the quality and effectiveness of their school-based training.At the same time,this case study also can rich the researches about school-based training,and to provide some useful references for the development of school-based training works in colleague schools.Research finding: Although primary school X has developed their school-based training broadly and deeply,there are some low efficiency problems,the highlighted aspects are: The school and teachers have not acquainted enough to school-based training,lack of autonomous participation awareness;the content of their school-based training has not exactly targeted to the point,cannot fulfill the needing of the teachers’ professional development;the training form of their school-based training is unitary,influenced the result of their school-based training;their school-based training is lack of effective organization,became a mere formality;the evaluation way is not diversified enough,cannot really inspirit the teachers etc.Based on the above studies,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the efficient of the school-based training of primary school X are: 1.Develop a systematized school-based training plan;2.Take the training according to needing,form a menu-type training content;3.Bring new ideas to school-based training;4.Reinforce democratic management;5.Create diversified evaluation system to school-based training.Hope this can improve the current situation of the school-based training of primary school X.
