Analysis Of The Situation And Strategy Study On The Training Course Of Graduate Students In China

Postgraduate training classes provides a good platform of advanced studying for the personnel at work,provides a channel for the development of advanced expertise,and promotes the close integration of science and technology,education and economy.However,the quality of postgraduate out of control is more serious,and which needs inquire more deeply into the percent situation of education.It is essential and urgent to find problems in time strengthen management and promote the healthy development.This paper is divided into four parts:the first part of the proposal,states the theoretical and practical significance of the study,the percent situation of related researches,and basic scheme and method of this research.The second part deals with the development of Postgraduate training classes,mainly including the main characteristics and significance,its historical development,preliminary analysis of the survey result.The third part reveals the main problems existing and analyzes the causes for those problems.In the fourth part,some feasible strategies are put forward,which is intended to promote the healthy development of the postgraduate training classes.The final chapter is the conclusion,summarizes the research results briefly and put forward the innovation of this article.This paper includes two main points:firstly,it analyzes the factors influenced the development of postgraduate training classes according to survey and it is also the basis of suggestions.Secondly,on the basis of analysis of the problem and cause,it proposes the development model,the tentative plan of the development model reform mainly including two points:The first point is strengthening the construction of information,establishing a sound monitoring mechanism and realizing information systems of postgraduate student management to ensure the scientific,systematic and high efficiency of management.The second point is strengthening the management of postgraduate certificate,implementing a unified state-issued certificates and managing export of the trainees strictly.
