Content: The new curriculum reform advocates that strengthening the connection with student's life and modern society and development in science and technology of course content. At the meantime, it pays attention to the student's study interest and experience. Especially emphases on the important effect of independence, cooperating, inquire and dialogue in the future. With the beginning of the curriculum reform, the dialogue between teachers and students has come into people's view and has become a focus of concern and research dramatically. However, its result produced is unsatisfactory during the practicing. The dialogue between teachers and students involves every aspect in the classroom. So this study, by questionnaire and investigation, does systematical research. The result shows that the block factor of the dialogue between teachers and students display in the understanding of teachers and students, the relationship between teachers and students, student inquire, the content, mode and purpose of the dialogue, etc.. After analysis and discussion on those problems, some implementation suggestions are put forward, including the transition of the idea, the founding of environment, balance the relationship between teachers and students, arousing students, optimizing technology.
