With the developing of basic education reform,the dialogues between teachers and students in classroom teaching become more and more appreciable.Dialogues between teachers and students,as a kind of common teaching behavior,plays an important role stimulating students ’interest in learning,deepening students’ understanding of the task,building the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,promoting the common development of teachers and students.But the present researches on teachers discourse of mathematics teaching in middle school are few.Therefore the aim of this study is to explore the modes of expanding discourse in current classroom teaching, study the flow of discourse between teachers and students from the perspective of content.The research is based on the construction of the teachers and students dialogue framework combining the reality of the typical classroom teaching.In order that the study can plays a role in the future research on teachers discourse of mathematics classroom teaching.In order to further understand the differences between the beginning teachers,experienced teachers and backbone teachers in classroom teaching discourse, this study for three represent different teaching experience of teachers in the mathematics classroom teaching process teachers discourse analysis,mainly on qualitative research methods,using the method of case study method,classroom observation and conversation,the three teachers classroom observation record and video class.This study result shows that the position of beginning teachers,experienced teachers and backbone teachers in classroom teaching are seven types of discourse between teachers and students,various types in the total amount of words in class more than their share is different,have differences in teaching content,experienced teachers and backbone teachers at the beginning of the job is obviously better than the language teachers and students,for the novice teachers,teachers provide certain help.The differences between different forming of discourse are compared,making us understanding of mathematics classroom teaching teachers discourse has a broader perspective,hoping to help to novice teachers and expert teacher,make the teachers’ in-service training more effective,more targeted,also give some reference for front-line teachers,accelerate the specialization of teachers.
