The traditional classroom teaching forms emphasize the acquisition of knowledge ignored the interests and abilities of students and constrained the development of students. The new curriculum reforms emphasize the main body of students, pay more attention to the spirit of innovation, the spirit of cooperation, learning ability, practical ability to help students form a serious and realistic scientific attitude, and set up the foundation for lifelong development. According to the implementation of case study teaching senior high school chemistry teaching, teachers want to update teaching concepts, changing role of teachers, classroom should belong to insist students, and students actively participate in teaching, in order to mobilize the enthusiasm as well as achieve self-study students to explore the study and co-operation.The first part describes the background and significance of the case study teaching. The first part of learning plan teaching research separately from the case study design, procedures of case study teaching and application of chemical classes are summarized in three areas. Basically, the case study teachers prepare carefully designed basically to meet enlightening, exploratory, innovative, such as the principle of testability. Teaching procedures for the implementation of research in general are: the case of self-learning students in accordance with each other after the discussion, the teachers and students together to resolve the problems, and then summarized up by the students, the final oral evaluation or check the effect.The second part from the constructivist learning theory, humanistic theories and recent developments on the theoretical study separately explain the significance of the case teaching.The third part mainly includes three aspects: the case study of the basic principles of design, an integral part of the case study, case study teaching in the implementation process. 1,Learning plan of the basic principles of design include firstly it focused on people-oriented. The second, students study at each lesson before the layout of the mission prepare a lesson outline for independent study finding the problems and try to solve them. Third, we should focus on capacity development. The fourth learning plan emphasizes teaching methods with scientific knowledge to promote effective study.2,the case study has five main parts: Including study goal, diagnostic feedback, learning process summary after study, target practice and homework.3,case study teaching in the implementation process in general are: We should hand out learning on the class; plan before class, under the case study; self-study based on it; class discuss; consolidate exercises; have tests at current time.The fourth part is the empirical case study research, the main compounds of the new classes, computation exercise class, refresher courses among three classes I select appropriate case in order to make an introductory case study and application of classroom teaching and give a brief description of the implementation process. Finally, I analyzed the use of case study of the effect of teaching from the form of classroom organization, teacher-student relationship; student abilities; teacher's role change. The conclusions are proved that the case study teaching is a feasible and efficient model of classroom teaching, and need to further promote.
