Now some physics teachers could not follow up the step of quality-oriented education reform and the new reform of basic education curriculum.Under such circumstances,this paper carries out a research on what effective teaching strategies are needed for physics teachers to reach 3D teaching target in the new reform about basic education curriculum efficiently. The research is based on physic teaching theory and achievements in effective teaching along with the micro-field of classroom.Firstly,the paper expounds the background of researching on effective physics teaching strategies in middle schools,the status quo and the significance of the topic.It also explains the meaning,characteristics,diversity and factors of effective teaching.A further discussion is proposed about the theoretical foundation of this topic-information processing theory,constructivist theory, opens system theory and motive theory etc.Secondly,with guide of efficient teaching theory,this article explains seven efficient teaching strategies-physics knowledge systemized teaching strategy,information processing strategy,focusing on original physics question classroom teaching strategy,strategy of creating learning community in classroom,strategy of directing students to master learning strategies,strategy of the fusion of science and humanities and strategy of optimizing teaching through emotion focusing on "how to reach 3D teaching target".It also explains detailed connotation of each strategy,operation procedure and function.To better illustrate the applicability of each strategy,this article explains most strategies with teaching samples,because practical teaching cases can implement teaching theory and direct study actions.Lastly,this article gives an efficient physics class-teaching model--learning community of class,and accesses teaching case with this model.The characteristics of this model is that we can improve teaching efficiency by focusing on one subject,teachers and students learning together,growing up together while encouraging students to learn by themselves.Also this model offers a perfect space for all kinds of efficient teaching strategies;meanwhile it can work well only with the support of these strategies.
