In the era of knowledge economy and information society, the knowledge is increasing and updating at the rate that people can’t imagine. If you don’t want to be eliminated, you must keep learning constantly and perpetually.The high school stage is a period in that people can form good learning habits,it is the key period of forming correct value orientation. How to be responsible for the students in senior high school and cultivating them with the high quility education, promoting their comprehensive, independent and real personality development in high school education, is becoming the focal point in high school classroom teaching model research.At present, the ordinary high school new curriculum reform is gradually spreading all over the country. From the knowledge and skills, process and methods, emotional attitudes and sense of values these three dimensions to cultivate students to further improve their scientific literacy. However, how to achieve the specific goal of the new curriculum standard for physics teachers in actual classroom teaching is becoming a big issue that is worth thinking about by every line researched education workers. The classroom teaching mode as the bridge between teaching theory and teaching practice, plays a very important role in curriculum implementation. Therefore, actively explore new curriculum requirements,thus build a suitable learning classroom teaching mode in physical education is very necessary.The first senior high school I worked in Dancheng County Zhoukou City in Henan Province,which holds sixty years of experience in operating school. It is the first batch of exemplary senior high school in Henan Province, what’s more, it creates a number of stunning education miracles in recent years. In the new historical stage, Dancheng senior high school inherits the historical spirit, and is advanced with the times and keeping up with the pace of the new curriculum reform and exploring new way for Dancheng senior high school development. Through learning and innovation, it put forward an efficient classroom mode named "one three six".Since 2011, I worked there as a physics teacher and head teacher for three consecutive years,in which I get a great deal of teaching practical experience.So I have got a solid foundation to support this thesis research.This paper introduces the connotation of "136" efficient classroom mode in detail,and provide the theory with basis through a lot of literature researches. Moreover, the research literatures at home and abroad were reviewed. About the efficient classroom mode of "136" application in the high school physics teaching process, what should be pay attention to is the description of the problem in detail, and giving some valuable teaching and guide design examples.This topic research institute proposed "136" teaching mode has been applicated successfully. And the "136" is a kind of mode that is worth popularizing in the physics teaching. And it will provide a certain theoretical and practical reference for the new round of physics curriculum reform.
