Now,is thorough along with the education reform and the education for all-around development development,the education and the study connotation has already had the profound change.Traditional education view started to change respects the student main body,pays great attention to the student comprehensive quality ability,and raises the student lifelong physical culture consciousness transformation.However objective speaking,the high school stage sports teaching still not completely broke through the traditional teaching thought the fetter. Therefore,this article unifies the current education for all-around development reform the new idea,embarks from the laws of education and its the development direction,in the practice investigation foundation, to has carried on the investigation and the analysis in the high school stage sports and the healthy class implementation grouping option educational model.The goal lies in to the student carries on well teaches students in accordance with their aptitude,enhances sports and the healthy class teaching quality.Since this article through has consulted 1995 the massive literature arterial and had fully understood to expert's investigation visit the present our country sports teaching method utilization and the reform present situation,from the education present situation and its the development direction angle,in the foundation which the theory and the practice unifies,has proven in the high school stage sports and the healthy class implementation grouping option educational model feasibility,and diagnosis teaching effect.Has mainly utilized the literature material law in the research process,the questionnaire survey law,the mathematical statistic law,compared with methodology.This article takes the high school stage grouping option educational model the research object.The investigation object with has not implemented the grouping option teaching for the implementation grouping option teaching Chifeng second high school gym instructor and the high freshman class student Chifeng in the fourth and the Chifeng experiment middle school's gym instructor and the high freshman class student.The investigation result proved that,The grouping option educational model teaching effect surpasses the non-grouping option educational model the teaching effect,confirmed implements the grouping option educational model in the high school stage sports and the healthy class is reasonable, feasible and effective.This article studied the conclusion to manifest in the high school sports and the healthy class the sports educational model reform,has overcome in the teaching process "take the teacher as the center,take the technical teaching as the center" undesirable tendency.Was driving the student participates in the movement simultaneously to enhance student's special skill on own initiative,deepens student's theory knowledge.And strengthened the gym instructor unceasingly to study the specialized knowledge and to strengthen own skill consciousness.The grouping option sports educational model is one kind is helpful to the student body and mind development,the teaching method which the teachers and students progresses together.
