Winter preparation is an important phase to be in form for the competition.The best state of athlete is based on scientific training plan and its implementary effect in winter preparation,therefore making full use of this phase is benefit for the improvement of the athletics' competitive skills.With an aim to promote the scientific sprint training, the thesis reveals the characteristics of sprinter's training in winter preparation,the general rules of the training process and the characteristic of modern sprint training by practical research of our country's winter sprint preparation on the case study of Guangxi man sprint's winter training 2006-2007.In the thesis,the tracked-down Guangxi man sprint winter training has been thoroughly and systematically analyzed and investigated in training task,contents,methods,arrangement,load,effect through documents,questionnaires,interviews of experts,tests,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,etc.Research shows that Guangxi man sprint's winter preparation has distinctive characteristics of its own.Major Conclusions:1.The rational arrangement of Guangxi man sprint's winter training meets the requirements of the training and successfully completes it.2.The characteristics of Guangxi man sprint's winter training are as follow:the 20-week preparation includes 139 courses altogether,7-8 courses per week,among which includes 28 courses for speed training,32 for speed endurance,51 for strength training,22 for endurance training and 38 for technique training.3.The training are mainly on physique and technique,in which physical training takes up a larger proportion,occupies 65.5%of the whole training,and the technique training focuses on the start and the rhythm in entire race.With the characters of high intensity and diverse method,the strength training mainly adopts quick strength towards resistance in order to strengthen the coax muscles and enhance the balance and speed.For the means of specific speed training are few but concentrated,the 60-80m accelerative run is mainly applied.4.Moderate load and high intensity are the characters of GX man sprinter's winter preparation.The adjustment of load is to keep the intensity stable but increase or reduce the volume.5.Aerobic endurance training has been given inadequate attention and the load of endurance training is low.6.The athletes' maximum strength(deep squat P<0.05 level) has a great improvement after the winter preparation.For example,Zhang yuan and Lao yi have improved a lot in their specific exercises.7.No significant change in hemoglobin,heart rate of athletes during training,but serum testosterone level has been dramatically changed and so has the serum cortisol.
