The Research Of Appraisel Quota System For The Training System In The College Professional Athletics Teams In Our Country

It isa strategic act for our country to build up a systematic athlete training model of variety of forms of the athletics teams in the colleges, aiming at creating a new channel to foster more high level athletes.And it plays an essential role in raising the level of athletics in our country, and training collegial athletes who are highly qualified,intellectually developed,and developed in an all round way,and also stimulating the development of athletics in our country.However,beset by the restriction and affect of the old training system under the planned economy,our college athletics teams lag behind,and are not qualified to compete against that of others both domestically and abroad.Under such condition,this paper studied the training system of the college athletics teams in our country,probed into the roots of the case,and put forward the relevant suggestions on reform,intended to make our college athletics teams develop rapidly in a healthy and harmonious way.Conclusions:Through such means as to refer to the literature,having informal discussions with relevant experts,and questionnaires,this paper had presented with the summarizations and conclusions of the constitutional factors which affect the development of the college athletics teams in our country on the basis of specific features presented by the appraisal factors.In accordance with the principle of designing the integrative appraisal system for the college athletics teams,we divided the appraisal indexes into 4 classes.And also,we designed the questionnaire with 3 levels of appraisal of the system,which include 62 indexes.The number of the first level indexes is 4,it is level A;the number of the second level indexes is 22,it is level B;and the number of the third level indexes is 36,it is level C.As a comparison with the training system of national professional teams,the result of this research found out the main characteristics of the training system in the college athletics teams in our country at the present time.By means of factor analysis and using SPSS,this paper first worked out the weighing coefficient of each index,then calculated its integrative appraisal index on the basis of its weighing coefficient. With sound statistics,we studied the training system and even the subsystem both in the college athletics teams and in the national athletics teams in a more accurate and a more sound way.In comparison with that of the national teams,the college athletics teams displayed a lower mark in the process of integrative appraisal. It is the manifestation that there are some problems and drawbacks in the training system of our college athletics teams.And there is still a lot to do to correct and reform the existing training system.The major problems include the qualification for organizing a team,administration of the team,and the training safeguards.It is generally because the superiors of the colleges are still unsound and faulty in the following aspects as development plan,carrying out of the plan,fund,medical supervision,nutrition and healing,food,bath,setting of organization, anticipation of the high level superior,regulations specified for the coaches,regulations of rewards and punishment for the coaches, regulations for selecting backup athletes,regulations for training administration,regulations of rewards and punishment for the athletes, and regulations for contest.The training system of our college athletics teams is in an urgent need to be reformed.It not only is helpful but also can provide useful references and instructions for the reform of the college professional athletics teams training system to analyze the state of its training system.
