Public sports products are sports goods and sports labor that public sports organizations and public sports staff supply for physical movement of people.Currently,with development of sport for all,especially transformation of politics,economy,culture in China,it is a practical problem how supply public sports products for people efficiently during constructing harmonious society of socialism.The studying defined the public sports products.Besides,it expatiated also government sports function and supply way of public sports products.Then,the paper chose Zheng Zhou city as case to analyze public sports products of the mode of governmental supply.Finally,the article analyzed the cause of supply mode of public sports products on present,and deduced the supply mode of public sports products what ought to adopt and make conclusions as follow:(1) The governments at all levels defined themselves duty in the field of public sports affairs.The central government is mainly to institute policy,programming and public budget,but the local government is chiefly to implement them.(2) Due to rigidity of government concept and weakness of social sports organizations,supply way of public sports products is comparatively unitary currently.(3) Legislation and local governmental function of public sports products appears to problem,then it brings about an adverse effect on the supply of the public sports products.(4) Local government has very difficult to develop sport project, besides of lowlihead of sport project,it is key to lack of benefit.
