China's Non-governmental Organizations To Participate In Sports For The Disabled Public Service Supply Countermeasures And Suggestions

As early as the seventeenth congress,China's government departments focused on the theory of social organization.Then,at the 18 th national congress,the relevant departments further expounded the concept of non-profit organization.Disabled people are the targets of the sports ngos.The development of sports in China is inseparable from the support of the sports of the disabled.To focus on the disabled and promote the development of sports for the disabled is an important task for our country to advance the political civilization forward.It is also directly related to the development of spirit and material civilization in China.At first,this paper adopted the method of combining theory and practice through the multiple perspectives on the topic of this article has carried on the comprehensive analysis,in-depth study the development experience of developed countries in the aspect of non-governmental organizations,non-governmental organizations to participate in the disabled is studied from the macroscopic level of public sports service supply relevant policy formulation and implementation,and concrete are expounded from the micro level,non-governmental organizations to participate in the concrete scheme of public sports service supply for the disabled.Based on this,this research focus on nongovernmental organizations(ngos)theory and the role of public sports service for the disabled,discusses the supply of the service present situation and the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Our country present nongovernmental organizations(ngos)because of the lack of funds and system,its development still exist many problems,therefore cannot pass on the disabled sports public services play a more power,but progress was made in the public service government construction in our country,and the system environment optimization,guaranteeing the independence of the non-governmental public organizations,public property right is the premise of the institutionalization of works by building,diversified social supervision system also is able to mature at the same time,the related policy system constantly improved,non-governmental organizations in our country can realize the complementary advantages with government organizations,promote each other,mutual cooperation,on the disabled sports public service plays a more important role in promoting the healthy development of sports for the disabled.
