The physical education of school,the basis of the national educational system, makes up the important part of the school education.It plays an important and unique role in the overall development of modern talented person in moral,intellectual and physical education.The physical education has the irreplaceable meaning in the long run to develop students' physical health,optimize the body growth,keep them energetic,form the sound personality and fully develop the potential intelligence.On the basis of the sample survey and analysis about the middle school P.E. teachers' present situation in the part of poor rural area of Henan province,which helps fully understand the middle school P.E.teachers' present situation in the part of poor rural area of Henan province,and through the comparing analysis on the mathematical statistic of the questionnaire," the adequate and exact description can be got in this paper about the living and working conditions,as well as the working environment,etc.,under the present situation.This paper is aimed to find the problems and insufficiency which exist in the P.E.teaching of middle and primary school in the poor rural area of Henan province,furthering to find out the relative questions,and put forward the proposals and the approach to them,with the expectation of providing the reference and evidence for the educational and executive sector.The following conclusions are got through the survey and analysis:1 The Henan Province part poor area countryside middle school gym instructor constitutes the present situation to be unoptimistic:1.1 Among the middle school EE.teacher faculty in the part of poor rural area of Henan province,the proportion of full-time teacher has been larger,but it has a long distance from the concerning demands of our country. 1.2In the middle and primary school of the part of poor rural area of Henan province, P.E.teachers' educational background layer has been higher,but it has some distance from our country's requirements about the middle school P.E.teachers' educational background layer.1.3The provincial and municipal training base for the core teachers has been established in Henan province,and much more progress has been made in the work of teacher training,but there is much more insufficiency in the training degree and range, together with the policy's practice.1.4 The age structure of the middle school P.E.teachers in the part of poor rural area of Henan province is basically reasonable according to the present results of survey.1.5 The professional titles of middle and primary school P.E.teachers in the part of poor rural area of Henan province are lower,which shows the overall lower P.E. teaching level in the poor rural area of our province.2 The Henan Province part poor area countryside middle school gym instructor works the present situation to have many problems2.1 The P.E.teachers receive the large amount of work,but the poor welfare.The problem of work amount has been troubling the P.E.teachers and their activity as well. Until today it "has not been well resolved in spite of our country's repeated demands.2.2There exist the problems of curriculum reform and the extended practice of new curriculum standards.2.3There is insufficiency in the school P.E.working administration in the part of poor rural area of Henan province.2.4The poor teaching conditions,bad environment and inadequate attention from leaders in the middle school of the part of poor rural area in Henan province result in the their tiresome teaching emotions.
