In order to promotehigher college teachers’ and students’ physical and mental health, and the highereducation sports course should continuously reforming innovation, increasing the new,more energetic movement project, so the sports classroom full of vigor and vitality,and cultivate students’ learning interest and motivation, cultivating students’ life-longphysical exercise habit. In the higher education reform under the background of rapidprogress, new projects continue to enter the universities physical education class,sports dance course as one of the items on emerging movement, has been activelyintroduces into the ordinary university physical education course in the school sportseducation process, and give full play to show the sports dance course of value, thistopic in Henan, sports dance teaching development present situation, for example, toexplore influence sports dance teaching effect factors, such as the construction of theteaching staff, teaching material, the ground equipment, campus culture,development, work out the ordinary university sports dance in Henan province toreform measures and optimize the development countermeasures.Research shows:Teachers team construction is the sports dance course development necessaryconditions, in order to the development of the discipline of sports dance to introducetalents, perfect the structure of teacher training;Sports dance teachers team agestructure, education structure is more reasonable, but exist gender structureunreasonable and teachers’ professional level is low, the teaching method means of asingle lack of innovation;Due to the lack of unified sports dance course planning andmanagement, at present Henan colleges have not system and mature teaching andstudents’ learning materials, all universities teaching outline, on its own, formulateplanning;Sports dance teaching and sports equipment and facilities low degree ofstandardization, the differences between the school facilities between is larger, the location equipment management system is not perfect;Evaluation system did notachieve the degree of scientific and reasonable request, teachers and students’evaluation index structure is not reasonable. Development strategies: Teachers teamconstruction is the sports dance course development necessary conditions, in order tothe development of the discipline of sports dance to introduce talents, perfect thestructure of teacher training;Optimize and improve teaching structure, promote theteaching each element of the coordinate development, make the teaching processsystematic and Standardized development;Keep the course system structure of theoverall development, actively explore the influence factors of the development of thesports dance course, cultivate students’ learning motivation, make the students happyto learn, studious, continuously improve sports dance teaching effect;Combined withthe characteristics of sports dance teaching hours adjustment, the control class size, asa whole class, appropriate proportion of male and female students take male, thefemale teacher with class mode;The location equipment standardization as far aspossible, the location equipment management way of logistics scientific, sports danceclasses form diversification development.
