Objective: Football is a super collective confrontation project,and the monitoring of sports load is difficult and the element system is complicated.The scientific and multi-dimensional monitoring of sports load is the general trend of football development,which puts forward higher requirements for the scientific literacy of coaches.This study analyzes the relationship between subjective and objective dimensions of internal load,internal and external dimensions of load,and multi-dimensional characteristics of women’s soccer’s comprehensive evaluation of sports load in the context of women’s soccer training and competition.This paper analyzes the different applicability and specific internal relationships of various monitoring methods in different situations.Methods: 24 active players of Shanghai Shenhua Upper Body Women’s football team were monitored for 6 weeks by means of measurement.Momentum MT-sports T2 equipment was used as the objective exercise load monitoring method,and sRPE was used as the subjective internal load monitoring method.Result:(1)Characteristics of subjective and objective internal load relationship,sRPE was not correlated with Stagno’s Trimp in training;sRPE was highly correlated with Banister’s Trimp(p < 0.01).There was a high correlation between sRPE and Stagno’s Trimp(p < 0.01).sRPE was nearly completely correlated with Banister’s Trimp(p <0.01).(2)Characteristics of the relationship between internal and external load,sRPE had a low to moderate correlation with running distance,high-intensity running distance,body load and metabolic load during training(p < 0.01);sRPE had high to very high correlation with running distance,high-intensity running distance,body load and metabolic load(p < 0.01).(3)Midfielders had the highest subjective and objective load relationship at different positions,and the correlation coefficient between sRPE and Stagno’s Trimp was midfield > back > front,and the correlation coefficient between sRPE and Banister’s Trimp was midfield > front > back.(4)In the subjective and objective internal load relationship between the main player and non-main player,the correlation coefficient between sRPE and Stagno’s Trimp was higher than that of Stagno’s Trimp,and the correlation coefficient between sRPE and Banister’s TRIMp was higher than that of main player.(5)In the relationship between subjective and objective internal load in menstrual and non-menstrual periods,the correlation coefficient between sRPE and Stagno’s Trimp in menstrual period r=0.54,p > 0.05 was not statistically significant;The correlation coefficient between sRPE and Banister’s Trimp was higher in non-menstruating players than in menstruating players.(6)Based on the load relationship of generalized estimation equation,the comprehensive load index of high-intensity running distance(β=0.33,p < 0.01),Stagno’s Trimp(β=-1.32,p < 0.01)and Banister’s Trimp(β=0.08,p < 0.01)that affected sRPE during training were determined.The comprehensive load indexes affecting sRPE in the competition were body load(β=-0.72,p < 0.01)and Banister’s Trimp(β=0.05,p < 0.01).Conclusion:(1)The subjective load and the objective load have their own characteristics for the monitoring of football sports.The objective load can directly and accurately reflect the quantity and intensity of athletes and the current level of competitive ability.Subjective load sRPE can predict and evaluate internal load well,but it has some limitations on external load.(2)The relationship between internal load and external load is always positively correlated,and the reasonable arrangement of exercise load size is determined by the dose relationship between the stimulus imposed by external load on the body and the response of the athlete organism to the stimulus.Intensity load is the focus of attention.(3)The correlation coefficient of subjective and objective internal load index is the highest for midfielders in the match situation,and the duration of time spent by the front and back players on too low or too high intensity is more than that of the midfielders,so the reported subjective feeling is biased.Therefore,sRPE is biased when evaluating the internal load of the front and back players,while the midfielders are more objective.(4)Football matches and training have different load situations.There is a good correspondence between subjective and objective load,internal and external load in the competition situation.sRPE of main players is more sensitive to the distance of playing time,while non-main players are more sensitive to load intensity.More and more technologies are available to accurately measure internal and external loads in training situations.Comparatively speaking,sRPE subjective evaluation of exercise load is not accurate enough,and training time has a greater impact on the whole.When the training time is relatively fixed,sRPE lacks objectivity in assessing exercise load.(5)Regardless of menstrual period,sRPE is more sensitive to the internal load of female soccer players and more sensitive to the time distance of external load.There are some deviations in the subjective feelings of female athletes during menstruation,but the trend is consistent.Load assessment can be more biased towards objective measurement.(6)The generalized estimation equation shows that no matter the training or competition situation,sRPE has a certain linear relationship with internal load and external load,which can be comprehensively measured and evaluated with multiple dimensions and factors.Sports load monitoring is diversified and accurate,which can be combined to better grasp the sports load of athletes and teams.
