During the 30 years of reformation and opening-up, our country's national economy continues to grow, the living standards of comoon people have gradually improved. There is a problem on adolescent physical health, however, such as the proportion of overweight and obesity being increased significantly, cardiopulmonary function being declined and the sports quality. Especially during the 30 years, college students' physical health has been declining. In 2007 the government enacted the “state council on strengthening the central committee of the communist party of China youth sports to enhance teenagers' opinions”, and recently the physical health condition of adolescent changed positively, most of the indicators “rally”,but not significantly among college students. Physical qualities, such as speeding quality(50 meters), endurance quality(1000 meters) of boys and girls, are still falling. There are many reasons for the declining of students' physique, but physical education class teaching is an important aspect which can not be avoided. Physical class is an important part of school physical education and the teaching process is essentially “the process of technological learning and the corresponding physical exercise”. Physical education, therefore, must have certain teaching load(sports load), and whether the arrangement of which is reasonable or not is one of the important indicators of quality of physical education on evaluation of the class. In 2014 the ministry of education issued the higher school sports work in which the basic standards for physical education is put forward in order to guarantee a certain intensity, to improve students' cardiopulmonary function exercise, which shall not be less than 30%. To reflect the quality of students' cardiopulmonary function exercise program as exam content, the weight of test scores shall not be less than 30%. Physical education of sports load is often reflected by exercise intensity and exercise density, physiological load intensity and usually in sports – “heart” to monitor. Sports load is a key element to decide the effect of physical fitness. If there is not enough sports load shortage in physical education, students can not get effective exercise, and physical education also lose its basic functions. How to grasp the teaching quality of physical education and to make every student get instructed in the classroom become the new situation of physical education which teachers must study and solve. By monitoring students' heart rate changing and practice density in physical education class, analysing the problems existing in the sports option class teaching process and testing physical education on students' physique contributs to the improvement of the class. It is beneficial both for the students' physical health level and the teaching quality of physical education, which can also provide physical education teaching and the scientific physical exercise with theoretical reference and experimental basis.This study in Hebei College of Industry and Technology Institute, for example, in the first year(2015) has chosen the courses of basketball, football, volleyball, badminton, six primary sword, the primary boxing among the ten optional 10 courses, involving 9 “logo” classes of 70 classes, and in each “logo” class, 10 mark students we selected to take part in the study. All data are analysed through Polar Team squared software for data analysis processing, and using SPSS18.0 statistical data processing, using the independent sample-test to two classes of the same options and the difference between sexes in inspection.By measuring the analysis, it is found that ball games lesson can make studens reach the best average heart rate range of 120 ~ 140 times/min, while martial arts class lead the students to the lowest project average heart rate, which cannot achieve the purpose of the exercise. In the male and female gender difference it is found that the average heart rate of the girls is higher than that of the boys, which indicates boys exercise effect is poor. In Hebei Industrial Vocational and Technical College, among sports option class, the average density(general density) was 64.56%, the class heart rate is 120.84 times/min, sports load is low.The main conclusions:1. In Hebei College of Industry and Technology physical education, sports overall intensity is not high, and there are differences between projects, and martial arts classes are lower, which is not conducive to the improvement of students' physical health level.2. In the class teaching including both boys and girls, boys' exercise load strength is insufficient, teachers' regulation is not enough, which is not conducive to effective exercise boys in the classroom.3. Although the option of average density is higher, in addition to football and badminton option extracurricular sports load other options for the class because of its strength is not high, which does not embody the due effect, reducing the quality of physical education.Advice:1. According to the requirements of the ministry of education to join to improve students' cardiopulmonary function exercise, increase cardiorespiratory exercise intensity, martial arts class projects should add in more teaching content on the basis of the specific content.2. It is suggested to give classes to boys and girls respectively, which helps to carry out classroom teaching content.3. According to the overall progress of the course and reasonable arrangement, improve the density of class specialized practice and class exercise intensity load in order to enhance students' physical fitness.
