Through literature review, questionnaire investigation and data statistics, a lot of research activities, the outstanding problems on present situation of rural the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region music teacher and concentration were analysed and discussed, mainly from the number of rural music teachers, academic structure, professional title structure, sex structure, age structure, age structure, professional structure, specifically, part-time contrast, teacher training(continuing education) situation, from various aspects were investigated, the results show that the staff is not perfect, with music discipline marginalization, education and age structure is reasonable, the teaching ability level is not high, the treatment of teachers is low and widespread at present situation of rural teachers of music, which led to the main these problems are: China’s long term in the two structure in urban and rural areas, development is not balanced, the rural elementary and middle schools teacher training system has defects, quality education has long been neglected, has not formed the rational flow and complementary mechanism etc..
