Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation, social progress, is the fundamental way to improve the national quality, promoting the all-round development of people, families place their hopes for a better life." To improve the rural teacher’s professional level, build a reasonable structure, country music teachers quantity stability, must carry on the investigation and study, which will be the focus of future education reform and development. Procedure article in investigation and study of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region rural primary and secondary status of music teachers, through the coordination of the government, social status, the local education sector organizations, grassroots schools and individual teachers and many other factors, try to judge the inner link between them, the hope can grasp the prominent contradictions, and then put forward some constructive ideas, to enhance the quality education in the countryside of Guangxi own one’s pygmy effort.With the continuous progress of human society, the foundation and the quality education of country is increasingly the attention of relevant state departments. This will form a huge impetus, long-term development to improve the overall quality of rural population in the national economy and plays a great role in promoting. A period of time before long, music teachers in rural primary and middle schools in Guangxi Province, whether from the economic benefits, living conditions, social status, structure configuration and so on, in a very unreasonable state. This paper is based on the current situation of rural music teachers team construction defects in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the background, taking the rural music teacher(including quality, treatment of the teachers) etc. as the research object, the purpose is to solve the main problem situation reflected by the music teachers in primary and middle schools in rural areas, through access to documents and making questionnaire a lot of, and statistics and analysis of relevant data, based on the main problems facing the present situation of the music for primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas of Guangxi province to the crux of the problem, and continuously improve the teachers in primary and middle schools of rural living environment and working conditions, efforts to promote and improve the quality of education in order to promote rural, rural education development forward to a modest force. Through literature review, questionnaire investigation and data statistics, a lot of research activities, the outstanding problems on present situation of rural the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region music teacher and concentration were analysed and discussed, mainly from the number of rural music teachers, academic structure, professional title structure, sex structure, age structure, age structure, professional structure, specifically, part-time contrast, teacher training(continuing education) situation, from various aspects were investigated, the results show that the staff is not perfect, with music discipline marginalization, education and age structure is reasonable, the teaching ability level is not high, the treatment of teachers is low and widespread at present situation of rural teachers of music, which led to the main these problems are: China’s long term in the two structure in urban and rural areas, development is not balanced, the rural elementary and middle schools teacher training system has defects, quality education has long been neglected, has not formed the rational flow and complementary mechanism etc.. The problems of rural primary and secondary schools in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region current situation of music teachers reflect, research and suggestions to music teachers to solve the problem of rural primary and secondary schools himself on many scholars proposed before for reference, summed up the strategy and method of some rural music teacher team construction problems, such as government, to perfect the rural the teacher employment system of the relevant departments to establish and perfect the teachers in primary and middle schools of rural reasonable flow mechanism, increase financial input, improving the rural music teacher working and living environment, improve the rural primary and secondary school teachers training system, strengthening teachers’ professional level, efforts to shorten the gap between urban and rural areas, such as the number of stable music teachers, in order to gradually promote and improve the present situation of music teachers the countryside elementary and middle schools, to improve the overall level and the full implementation of quality education will play a positive role in primary and middle school teachers in Guangxi country.
