The research takes 4 athletes of National 20 kilometers race walking team as the object,by literature,interview and statistics and on-site expectation,to evaluation the practical training load by results,the load includes irritation.To reference the physiology standard to analyze the training load in 2006 world cup preparation,to find the features of 4 athletes,Those are reference for national walking race team to prepare to 2008 BJ Olympic Games and for the coach.The results of he research are the following:the training ways of the 4 athletes in preparation stage are common resistance,special resistance,power training,flexibility training and improvement training.As the long distance cycle endurance,the power training take training quantity as the demand to respond to physical training.the whole preparation expect to train to carry total trend is along with important game of close by,generally bear dint training to carry quantity decrease and strength to die down for week,but outstanding equal or super particularly the item is apart from lesson burden strength;Particularly the item bears dint training to carry a total amount to gradually rise but carry strength decrement for week, outstanding lesson burden strength.make use of 80~85%target result strength to walk to develop to generally bear dint with the stairs type acceleration of 12~28 kilometers burden quantity,and two of the lesson partition 3~4 day,equal among them or super particularly item the extension with appropriate partition time of the which be apart from lesson.The stairs type acceleration which makes use of below 75%strength with 8~10 kilometers burden quantity walks or runs adjust and recovers athlete physique.make use of 90~105%target result strength with small in 1/4 particularly item distance burden quantity of the partition walk to develop athlete particularly the item bear dint,exaltation particularly item speed.With game method' s exaltation particularly the item contest ability.the strength bear dint training to carry a total amount disequalibrium for week,and five muscle strength train a total amount comparison out of tune.
