Using previous literature,expert interviews,tests,and the statistical method,the current research studies the training features of China's top race-walker Wang Hao.This study focused on the period from Wang Hao's preparation for the 2010 Race Walk World Cup in Mexico to the end of the World Cup on the May 17 th.It explored Wang Hao's physical quality,training features,race-walking technique characteristics,management of the altitude training,post-contest injury treatments,and rehabilitations training.After the analysis of Wang Hao's training characteristics of his preparation for the 2010 Race Walking World Cup in Mexico,the results are as follows: 1.Through to the foot technology economy analysis,wang hao found wang hao single step by step length is in 1.24 meters or so is most economic performance,put forward the suggestion of effective control of step.Through the research on different training stages of wang hao speed analysis,found that wang hao in the low speed,poor stability,especially in 5 minutes and 20 seconds/km speed technology is easy to deformation,in preparation for the World Cup in Mexico phase formed by five points/km speed improvement,2.Wang Hao in the process of body quality training is always based on the comprehensive development of fitness,the training arrangement means diversity,specific goals.By strengthening after lumbar muscles,quadriceps,group of muscle,knee,ankle joint strength training,improving overall athletic ability;Through long-term endurance quality training to improve the aerobic capacity;By mainly tensile method to improve its flexibility;Training pertinence,a variety of exercises combined properly,to promote special grades to improve with distinctive features.3.Altitude training before the game,through the study of the reasonable control of training load and training program,which allowed athletes inspired their own potential,to strengthen the training stimulus and training to adapt to the process,improve the ability of athletes hematopoietic function,so as to improve the competitive level of athletes to participate in competition.4.Due to inadequate preparation activities and organize activities,wang hao usual body flexibility,poor quality,such as excessive correct body posture balance destruction caused the main reason that caused the tibialis anterior muscle strain,the strain of middle,Achilles tendon injury,and around the pin bone lesions and other injuries.Through to control inflammation,relieve pain,improving the structure of the body,optimization techniques as the goal of rehabilitation training,the injury has improved,but still need to pay attention to the late strict monitoring,to consolidate his recovery effect.
