Microteaching which a scientific training method along with electric equipment is used to train teacher's educational skill,is originated from pedagogy,psychology,systems science,etc.Selecting girls from 2ed high school as subject investigated;there are some research methods as follows: experimentation,method of literature finding,questionnaire,observational method,mathematical statistics,etc.This paper makes a deep research in Microteaching's theory gist,guiding ideology,teaching procedures and teaching evaluation.Conclusions as follows:(1) In high school's aerobics course,Microteaching is more effective in developing student's demonstration,feedback compared with normal teaching method.(2) Compared with normal teaching method,Microteaching is more propitious to improve aerobics skill.(3) Microteaching is a better method in aerobics course,which is more practical and operational.(4) With multimedia instrument in Microteaching,teachers and students can communicate with each other in time,making a visual feeling.
