In this paper,using the method of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method of various research methods,the micro teaching method in aerobics class in the teaching implementation of the principles,influence on the students' professional skills and the demonstration of skills were studied that the conclusion of theory:1.Through the use of microteaching,using advanced video multimedia teaching means,so that students in the limited teaching time faster master the correct technical movement of aerobics,improves the quality of teaching and the teaching effectiveness.2.The multimedia teaching methods are used in the micro teaching,time is short,fast,high efficiency,feedback timely and accurate to make students can obtain the intuitive feeling and understanding,is conducive to the cultivation of students' independent observation,problem analysis,problem solving ability.3.Microteaching in the student finish creating the number was significantly better than the conventional teaching,is also fully reflected in micro teaching to the students in the experimental group movement creation is inspired,to enable students to complete the quantity and quality of creating action is greatly improved.4.Micro teaching in aerobics class practice the use of further improve the college students in aerobics class in learning interest,further play to students' subjective initiative,to enable students to will improve the interest in classroom teaching,active atmosphere.
