Indivil Factor And Counter Measure Research Of Effecting The Tennis Officials In China

Nowadays,with Tennis is more and more moved being fond of by people and The tennis officials job is more and more regarded highly by the country,the question "which individual factor affects the development of the referee and how to deal with it?" receives more and more attention from the society.This paper use the methods of data analysis,expert interview,questionnaire to research and study on state-class above referee our country part tennis,study the subjective,objective individual factors that affecting whose professional competence and develop to higher rank and probe into the cause of influencing factor, and bring forward the corresponding countermeasure solving a problem.By use math statistics and logic analysis to sum up the factors that affects Chinese Tennis officials the individual development at 8 principal aspects,5 subject aspects:the motivation of the referee who participates in job of tennis judge;(2) Referee's professional competence;(3) Officials's psychological quality(4) Officials's culture quality;(5) Officials's moral quality;3 objective aspects:(1) body situation;(2) family and society's support degree;(3) individual or the family economic situations.According to the problem mentioned above and the reality that having affect officials's tennis,having brought forward effective solutions:(1) sets up lofty ideals and a clear aim,to train a lofty job motivation; (2) needs to make great efforts to improve the on-site law-enforcing ability;(3) needs to reinforce the theoretical level that coming to improve tennis and understanding to tennis rules of a contest;(4) needs the way reinforcing oneself the psychological quality rise, disadvantageous mental state learning adjusting before the match;(5) needs to reinforce oneself culture the quality rise;(6) reinforces oneself the moral quality rise;(7) needs understanding and support striving for the family and society actively;(8) tennis officials need to keep fine good health state;(9) tennis officials need to take the income increasing individual or the family seriously. The research in this article,tries to provide a few references for the management center of China Tennis Motion and Tennis Association to train,select and use the tennis officials;also to provide the theory basis for the tennis officials in our country can advance with time and sustaine healthily developing;and to provide a few references for further proving the mechanism of managing the tennis officials,which will have certain practical significance to the work of choosing and cultivating the tennis officials in the Games of the 29th Olympiad in 2008.
