Study On The Content Compiling And Teaching Application Of The Unit "Selection And Management Of Officials" In The History Textbook Of Senior High School

The selection and management of officials is an important part of national management,and the political system related to the selection and management of officials is an important part of the history of the development of Chinese and Western political systems,which constitutes an important part of the history of the development of Chinese and foreign political civilization.At the same time,the Chinese and foreign historical experience of selecting and managing officials from ancient times to the present has important reference value and significance for the innovation and development of the current system of selecting and managing officials.In addition,the content related to the selection and management of officials is also an important learning content in the history course of senior high school.Under the guidance of General Senior High School History Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition),the Ministry of Education has organized the compilation of senior high school history textbooks.The senior high school history textbooks have attached importance to the selection and management of officials.The specific requirements of General Senior High School History Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)for the"Selection and Management of Officials" unit is including three contents:to use the viewpoint of historical materialism to understand the development and evolution of Chinese and foreign personnel management system from the perspective of historical development,so as to implement the training requirements of subject core literacy;to increase the relevant contents of the Western Civil Service system in order to cultivate students' international vision;and to pay attention to the cohesion of the compilation of the contents of the official selection system in junior high school and senior high school history textbooks from the actual situation of students' history study.On the basis of combing and summarizing the text content and text assistant system content of the unit "selection and management of officials" in the unified high school history textbook,the author concludes that there are four characteristics in the content compilation of the unit textbook:"the content covering Chinese and Western personnel management systems,reflecting comprehensiveness","focusing on the evolution of China's official selection system,reflecting typicality"," compiling the ancient and modern personnel management system content according to the time order,embodies the integrity ",and "the diversity of the text auxiliary system column,embodies richness and applicability ".On the basis of the above research,the author puts forward four teaching suggestions on how to use textbook content effectively in history teaching,that is,history teachers need to "scientifically formulating the teaching objectives of the selection and management of officials "," analyzing and integrating the textbook content,making rational use of the textbook resources "," making full use of modern information technology,carrying out the subject learning activities "," combined with the requirements of discipline literacy,multi-dimensional evaluation of learning results ".
