Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Hige Level Collegial Sports Teams In China

since 1986,high-level collegial sports teams has always been the more concerned topic in sportsdom.In 2006,education beurau has reconfirmed and redisposed top sports teams,and determined 235 colleges that have strong power to high-level sports teams and recruit student projects at last.Facing the reformational crossroad,we must do research to high-level sports team,figure out the resolutions of the problems and shortcomings lie in the developing process to promote the teams a healthy and sustainable development.Based on analyzing the document of Education Bureau "2006:The List of Colleges(Including Projects) Capable of Enrolling High-level Athlets" and filing the training information of 298 colleges that has been submit to Education Bureau,this thesis makes a study of those top 235 colleges on the whole(basically about project distribution and setting) and the current training situation of 298 colleges,makes those known that including establishing model,athletes,coaches,different kinds of gymnasiums and facilities through literature data method,survey method,statistics method,comparison method,and make out every solution according to every issue.The results are as below:1.88,82.2%of the "211" Project Colleges and Universities College are the bases of high-level athletics.It further improves the system of sports and is conducive to the sustainable development of high-level college sports teams.2.2006,there is 3.1 sports teams in each 235 colleges,each one more than 2005 colleges and universities;currently,2006,the kind of sports is more than 2005 and the sports is relatively complete.3.From the point of international comepetition,there is a certain irrationality of sports in the important sports colleges.Draw on the scuccessful experience of Olimpic Games to be scientific and rational. 4.High-level sports teams are striving toward diversity,and independent mode is still the mainstream.There are still few colleges and universities adopt the "one-stop" training system,but the potential and prospect are deserved concern;cooperation of colleges,sports system and enterprise is the best form of the modes.5.The numbers of college athletes mostly between 41～80 in each college;and ahtletes be generally within low level;many athletes are arranged in the Arts;the training time can not guarantee to the demand. All universities and colleges should ensure the training time in accordance with the actual situation and improve the technology content of training.6.Age,titles,academic qualifications are more suitable,but coache' composition is not reasonable.Improve the proportion of full-time coaches in the school,and take full advantage of the excellent sports system resources.
