As the old saying goes"Who gain the talents and human resource, who can rule the world". To build the most philanthropic and benevolent community of harmonious socialist society,Beijing need to develop modern urban agriculture,corresponding More and more modern agricultural enterprises rising, which makes talents to be the key point. Innovations on sci-tech talents training for agricultural enterprises raise the overall level of operation and management of agricultural enterprises in Beijing.This research is mainly based on the results and data of"research on how to build Beijing rural scientific and technological personnel training model"I participated in. It focus on sci-tech talents training for agricultural enterprises in Beijing. Classic human resources management theory human capital theory and other related research support this research. I collected document data and did field research to close to the truth. In addition,this research uses a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis as well as the mutually supplemented methods of positive analysis and normative analysis to present a systematic research.This research based on the real demand for sci-tech talents of agricultural enterprises. From macro to micro, from the agricultural enterprises, governments, and other aspects of society, I have done investigation and analysis of supply and demand of sci-tech talents or agricultural enterprises in Beijing and the problems of existing channels and model for training sci-tech talents training for agricultural enterprises in Beijing. From which I strive to complete a set of exploration and innovation to develop a new training system for sci-tech talents of agricultural enterprises.
