In the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC National Congress, Comrade Hu Jintao put forward in building a socialist harmonious society important task.Now,however,China' s urban and rural economic developed very imbalance,expecially in education which in some remote mountain areas.The education condition remains at the level of nation-building.That' s because of the poverty in the largest part. The basic connotation of a harmonious society is one of fairness and justice,education' s inequality in our society is placed in front of a history of problems.This article is based on China's remote areas, a number of state-level poverty-stricken counties in physical education in primary and secondary school,and make a systematic analysis and corresponding countermeasures in the hope of developing physical education in rural areas so as to promote the development of rural education.The development of rural education in rural areas to promote the building of a harmonious society.In this study,the main content is the remote areas of China' s state-level poverty-stricken counties' s physical education in primary and secondary school.The main method is literature,interview,questionnaire method,logic and deduction into law,spss mathematical statistics.The main question of remote areas of our country' s physical education in primary and secondary schools concluded that:1.China's state-level poverty-stricken counties in rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers have a serious imbalance in the ratio of men and women in sex and have less senior title teachers.The age structure has a trend of younger.2.China' s state-level poverty-stricken counties in rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers have more class volume,low social status and treatment,resulting the drop of the quality in teaching.3. China' s poverty-stricken areas of teaching physical education teachers s' thinking is backward.4.Classes in primary and secondary schools in poverty-stricken areas of China is low,there are nearly 50%of the school physical education can not be completely open.Part of the leadership of the school' s neglect the sports,lead to the physical education teachers have the positive attitude in teaching.5.Physical education in poverty-stricken areas of China is short of funds, equipment.In order to solve these problems we can take the following measures:1.Strengthen management,adopt new ideas,seize the opportunity to improve China' s remote areas,state-level poverty-stricken counties in primary and secondary school' s education.2.Enhance the teaching ability of teachers,evaluation of the innovation system.3.To do its utmost to raise rates start to gradually improve the standard of teaching physical education classes.4.To take effective measures to further stabilize the poverty-stricken areas of the teaching profession.5.To improve the quality of teachers in rural areas,poverty-stricken counties to solve the shortage of-primary and secondary school' s teaching 6. Constantly increasing input,improving teaching conditions.7.To strengthen the organization of the extra-curricular sports,and take all measures to solve the problem of shortage of facilities and equipment. 8.In-service teacher training should be institutionalized or contact with their benefits.
