In recent years,primary schools in our country have made rapid development in physical education teaching software resources,hardware conditions and teaching effects,but there is still a big gap between primary schools in urban and rural areas.Rural primary schools are restricted by economic conditions and physical education teaching concepts,resulting in their physical education teaching in a low level of development.Generally speaking,the quality of education in a region is limited by many factors,among which the teaching environment has the most direct influence on it.Teaching knowledge and cultivating students are the original intentions of schools,and one effective way to achieve this purpose is classroom teaching,in which teachers transmit the truth.As for classroom teaching,there must be certain teaching environment for teachers.Different from the general subjects,physical education has a particularly strict requirement on its teaching environment.As the basic stage of all physical education activities,physical education in primary schools plays an important role in cultivating students' interest in physical education.From this level,the teaching environment of physical education in primary school is not only related to the physical education level of primary school students,but also related to people's sports quality and health index in the future.For this reason,we should pay attention to the teaching environment of physical education in primary schools,since it contains many factors that affect physical education teaching activities and plays a direct or indirect role in the teaching quality of physical education in primary schools.The object of this paper is the physical and humanistic environment of physical education teaching in rural primary schools in poor counties of Henan Province.Based on the characteristics of the rural primary schools in the “national poverty-stricken counties in Henan Province”,the author will explain the current situation of the physical education teaching environment in the rural primary schools in the “national poverty-stricken counties” in Henan Province by using methods of literature review,field investigation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.In this paper,the physical education teaching environment of rural primary schools in “national poverty-stricken counties” in Henan Province is divided into two major modules,which are physical environment as well as social and humanistic environment.The physical environment of physical education in rural schools mainly includes the sports venues,basic sports equipment and facilities,and the natural environment in which the schools are located.The social psychological environment of physical education in rural schools mainly includes the school's physical education teaching system,the school's physical education culture,the teaching atmosphere in the physical education class,and the teacher-student relationship in the physical education class.According to the influence of the above aspects,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the development of physical education teaching environment in rural primary schools in poor counties of Henan province.The subjects of the survey are students and PE teachers from rural schools in Minquan County,Ruyang County,Xincai County,Fengqiu County and Lushan County.Four rural primary schools are randomly selected from each county,reaching 20 primary schools from rural areas in total.The results of this paper are as follows:(1)Topography and the quality of surrounding environment affect the development of physical education teaching activities.(2)Economic development is relatively backward,which restricts the development of physical education in rural primary schools.(3)Sports equipment and facilities in rural primary schools cannot meet the needs of students and need further improvement.(4)The feelings between teachers and students in teaching activities need more attention.(5)The occupation of physical education classes is prominent and cannot meet students' learning needs for physical education knowledge.(6)The physical education classroom routine is not standardized,and the physical education teachers' execution of the classroom routine is insufficient.
