Research On The Current Cultivation Of P.E Master Postgraduate Students In Chinese P.E Institution

The Postgraduate's scale of Physical education is larger along with the enroll student's scale expands in our country since 1999,but there are some questions in the same time,especially many experts oppugn the question in quality of postgraduates education.Therefore,how assure the quality of postgraduate education are the main urgently problem.Base on the above situation,through literature,experts investigation,questionnaire method,logical analysis and data processing analysis,the study has a research and investigation on culture status of Master of physical education and training of our country's some Sports academies,(including Beijing University of Physical Education,Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,Shenyang Institute of Physical Education,Capital Institute of Physical Education, Shandong Institute of Physical Education,Harbin Institute of Physical Education,Chengdu Institute of Physical Education,Tianjin Institute of Physical Education,Shanghai Institute of Physical Education). Analysis of the study summed up the problems of sports science graduate training in the process of the existing problems of China's sports education and training institutions,and put forward relevant proposals for the culturing of Master of Physical education and training.The following are the conclusions of this paper:1) Graduate widespread support for the implementation of flexible system, but some units have many of relevant restrictions for graduate students who apply for graduate ahead of time.2) Graduate students generally agreed that the mentor play a great role of guiding,but the exchange of students and teachers are rarely;tutor brought a number of graduate students,which is a test to the energy input of tutors.3) The technology course of Physical education and training post-graduate Master was relatively small,the phenomenon of lighting technology and weighting theory is quite clear,and that is a great impact on the training of graduate students,employers have a high demanding towards the technological capabilities of Physical education and training Master. Physical education and training post-graduate masters have strong demand to increase the technology practice class.4) The reasons of studying master's degree are diversified,and employment choices tended to be more diversified.
