| In October 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the "Implementation Methods for College Normal Major Certification(Interim)",which kicked off the national normal major certification,and proposed the basic concept of "student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement".Among them,as the foothold of talent training,student development is not only an important part of certification work,but also the focus of certification evaluation and expert demonstration.Aiming to provide reference for the accurate talent training and normal major certification,this paper analyzed the connotation of student development index from the perspective of normal major certification,and constructed the development evaluation index system of students from physical education major based on the certification standard and certification concept.Taking the construction of development evaluation index system for students majoring in physical education as the research object,using the literature material method and Delphi method and combined with the normal major certification standards,this paper selected and determined the development evaluation index system of physical education major students.By entropy method and mathematical statistics method for weight calculation and distribution,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in applied research,the following conclusions were drawn:1.After three rounds of expert consultation,a development evaluation index system of physical education major students was constructed under the background of normal major certification with 6 first-level indicators(student quality,student demand,growth guidance,academic monitoring,employment quality and social reputation),12second-level indicators(basic information,admission score,common demand,individual demand,guidance and services,policy support,learning links,comprehensive quality,employment status,certification obtaining,satisfaction level,and personal development)and at all 44 third-level indicators of other factors.2.The specific weights of indicators at all levels were calculated by entropy method and mathematical statistics.The weights of first-level indicators are: student quality 0.091,student demand 0.124,growth guidance 0.124,academic monitoring0.076,employment quality 0.199 and social reputation 0.386.The weights of secondlevel indicators are: basic information 0.037,admission score 0.054,common demand0.090,individual demand 0.034,guidance and services 0.051,policy support 0.073,learning links 0.038,comprehensive quality 0.038,employment status 0.069,certification obtaining 0.130,satisfaction level 0.19,personal development 0.193.It shows that the employment quality and social reputation of students are more important than other factors in the evaluation of student development.3.Based on the development evaluation index system of students majoring in physical education established in this study,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to conduct an applied research on the development of 2021 graduates majoring in physical education of A University,and the results show that the development quality of them is "good". |
