With the deepening of education evaluation reform in the new era and the implementation of normal major certification,the current PE teacher evaluation index system needs to be further improved.As the core of physical education teachers,the reform of its evaluation index system should be paid more attention.Combining with the new education policy,further perfecting the evaluation index system of key PE teachers can promote the better development of key PE teachers.Normal major certification has condensed the core quality and ability of teachers and played an important role in guaranteeing the quality of teacher education.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to construct the evaluation index system of key PE teachers based on normal major certification.Firstly,this study adopts the method of literature review and interview to preliminarily draw up the evaluation index system framework of key PE teachers based on normal major certification.Secondly,Delphi method is adopted to further screen and modify the evaluation indicators.Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy process is adopted to solicit the weight of each index in pairs from experts,and Yaahp is used to calculate the weight of each index,and at the same time,the Evaluation of the questionnaire of key PE teachers based on normal major certification is formed.Finally,based on the expected goal of 5-10 years after graduation proposed by normal major certification,taking 135 PE teachers with 5-15 years of teaching experience in Shanghai as the survey object,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate 54 key PE teachers,so as to test the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation index system.Through the above studies,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The evaluation index system of key PE teachers based on normal major certification is constructed.Based on the graduation requirements of "One practice,three institutes" reflecting teachers’ core qualities and abilities in normal major certification,the evaluation index system of key PE teachers is constructed by using literature method,interview method and Delphi method.The evaluation index system includes four first-level indicators,namely teacher morality cultivation,teaching and research,comprehensive education and independent development,eight second-level indicators,such as teacher ethics and education feelings,and 34 third-level indicators,such as meeting the requirements of "four have" good teachers.2.In the evaluation index system of key PE teachers,the weight of teacher morality cultivation is the largest.Ahp was used to calculate the weights of all levels of the evaluation index system of key PE teachers.Among the first level indexes,the weight of teacher morality cultivation(0.518)was the largest,exceeding the sum of the weights of teaching and research(0.188),comprehensive education(0.216)and independent development(0.078).Among the secondary indicators,the weight of each indicator is teacher ethics(0.392),education feelings(0.125),physical education(0.141),sports research(0.047),student management(0.101),discipline education(0.115),independent learning(0.033)and exchange and cooperation(0.045).3.The rationality and feasibility of the evaluation index system of key PE teachers have been tested in the application.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to apply the evaluation index system,and it is concluded that the key PE teachers with teaching age of 5-15 years in Shanghai basically meet the evaluation index requirements of the key PE teachers constructed in this study.By assigning values to each evaluation grade,the comprehensive score of Shanghai key PE teachers with teaching experience of 5-15 years is 3.521,including 3.359 in teacher ethics,3.528 in teaching and research,3.825 in comprehensive education and 3.402 in independent development.It shows that the evaluation index system of key PE teachers constructed in this study has strong operability.According to the above conclusions,this paper puts forward three suggestions: first,the evaluation of key PE teachers should be combined with the core quality and ability of teachers proposed in the new era;Second,the key PE teachers should internalize in mind and externalize in practice.Thirdly,the key PE teachers should constantly improve their internal motivation for development.
