With the implementation of the New Curriculum Reform, more and more teachers pay much attention to bettering teaching form and improving learning form. They tend to form communicative and cooperative teaching and focus on the construction of the teaching process which is full of vigor and vitality. On the one hand, as education is an activity of developing human beings, teachers should regard students as the subject of study and put developing their status of subject on the first place. In order to reach the goal, teachers must try their best to attract students to participate into teaching activities. Cooperation Learning is based on the fact that students act and research according to their own willing. It can promote the whole development of students'subjective spirit, practical ability, and other abilities. On the other hand, the relation between teaching and learning is the essential problem of teaching. Teaching is the unity of teachers'teaching and students'learning. The essence of which is communication and cooperation.The thesis analyzes the necessaries of this research. It is from the trends of the new curriculum reform, the need of students'subjective education and the lacks of English teaching. The target of this research is to improve the method of student's learning English. It can implement the ideas of the new curriculum reform and improve the students'interest in learning English, the English teaching efficiency, the students'subjectivities and the integrated language proficiency in English and through the implementation of the interactive classroom teaching mode. It can find out the principles, the strategies and the teaching processes of the interactive teaching through the action research.
