The basic form of group co-operation learning is co-operation learning team. It scientifically uses the interaction from dynastic factors of teaching to improve learning. It is a kind of teaching action, uses group achievement as the evaluation standard to achieve teaching aim. Group co-operation learning requires each student learn to cooperation, interacts with other cooperation members. Each student should not only tryst to finish his own task actively, but also takes part in group action, supports others, listens to other suggestion, inter-communicates, cooperates to finish the group task and attains the aim of improving and development together.This research is a problem belongs to the Action Research of Improving Rural Teacher's Professional Development, which is held by Teacher's Learning Recourse Centre in EU-China Gansu Basic Education Project. The researchers are two teachers at Zhangwan and Chan Jia Men Primary School of Huining County in Gansu and me. We started our research at November in 2004 and ended it at May in 2005. The research project is the practice problem existing in their everyday teaching, which is how to carry out group cooperation learning at their primary school classroom teaching. We take the study way of Action Research, including interview, observation, discussion, questionnaire, writing research diary and so on. We deeply study the problems appearing and existing in the process of carrying out group cooperation learning at primary school classroom teaching. By the research, we deepened our understanding about group cooperation learning and improved our ability to group, design questions, exchange achievement, and evaluate students' learning process and result.The research reveals: Group cooperation learning can be carried out completely and effectively at junior classroom teaching in primary school; Big size class teaching can bring some difficulties for using group cooperation learning, but reasonable organizing can help us to teach effectively; Teacher's teaching ability and wisdom can ensure to carry out group cooperation learning at class teaching; Student's cooperation ability can directly affect the effect of group cooperation learning, but it can be trained, especially trained and improved in group cooperation learning; It's necessary for more teachers to study and explore how to carry out group cooperation learning at class teaching in their practicing teaching; Cooperation study is an effective way to improve class teaching ability.
