The study of home-school cooperation is the key to achieving educational development and educational governance in countries around the world.Home-school cooperation is a requirement of school reform.However,the research on home school cooperation in rural areas is insufficient,and the home school cooperation in rural primary schools faces many practical obstacles.In the education and teaching practice of rural primary schools,researchers often feel that the teaching work is passive due to the tense relationship between home and school.Home school cooperation in rural primary schools needs practical guidance.This study takes X Primary School in Y County,Shandong Province as an example.Firstly,questionnaire survey is used to investigate the contents,ways and effects of home-school cooperation between home and school.Through the interview method to understand the views of educators,parents and community leaders on the current situation and approaches of home-school cooperation,presenting the practical situation of home-school cooperation and refining the problems existing in the process of home-school cooperation in rural primary schools;Secondly,action research is carried out based on the problems and solutions of home-school cooperation in rural primary schools.Making "home-school cooperative 1+1+1" home-school cooperation action plan,by doing two rounds action:design-practice-reflection-redesign-practice-reflection,to improve the home-school cooperation and find out effective way for home-school cooperation in rural primary schools;Finally,by using questionnaire survey and interview to evaluate the effect of home-school cooperation action plan.In this study,home-school cooperation approaches are divided into two categories.They are time-efficient home-school cooperation approaches and long-acting home-school cooperation approaches.In order to improve the present situation of home-school cooperation in rural primary schools,the action plan focuses on the study of long-acting home-school cooperation.The action research result shows that the satisfaction of home-school cooperation approach in rural primary schools is affected by the utilization rate and practicality.The Parents' Commission,Parents' School and School Open Day have long-term effect,which is conducive to the in-depth development of home-school cooperation in rural primary schools.Finally,the conditions that guarantee the effectiveness of home-school cooperation pathways in rural elementary schools are proposed from the perspectives of the community,schools,teachers and parents to guide the practice of home-school cooperation in rural primary schools.Through the experiences,the researchers attempt to provide theory and practice references for enriching the local home-school cooperation and contributing to the exploration of rural home-school cooperation pathways and methods of education.
