The Exploration Of The "Combination Of Training And Teaching" For Cultivating Competitive Sports Talents In Hunan Province

We reviewed the connotation and history and some else for "combination of training and teaching" by the methods such as ER documentary research, visiting and investigation, and comparative research and so on firstly, and analyzed the significance and the value of it, considered that the "combination of training and teaching" conduce to the complementation of cultures, and developed the knowledge-type athlete and development of competitive sports. After it, we introduced the cooperation between Hunan normal university and the track and field administrative center of Hunan Province sports bureau, and described how they trained the high level track and field athletics through the "combination of training and teaching", and summarized the worth learning experience and the disadvantage. There are some mainly suggestion finally we gained: to set up a correct view of the personnel training, to establish the base of cultivating reserve forces for the track and field, to made full rules and regulations, to expand the funds investment, to advance track and field training being scientific, to full display competition leverage and pays great attention on the developing students' professional ability and the cultivation of professional ability of team members. We hope through this model research, can summarizes the valuable experience of "combination of training and teaching" in the implementation process in university high level track and field sports team, and explore existent problem, and discuss the new orientation of implementing "combination of training and teaching" in university high level sports team with the guide of the scientific development view, and provide new ideas for reforms of talents cultivation mode of high level track and field sports team in university and realization of university's P.E goal.
