| Athletics is one of the most important sports,and is the basis of various sports. Gold medal of track and field is a major project that affects a country's gold medal in the Olympic Games and National Games event. Although Chinese athletes have ever won the championship in track and field sports, but the medal in this area occupy poor proportion in gold medal standing of each Olympic,the competitive track and field has attracted the sports experts and management,especially the strategic problem of the cultivation actuality of prospective talentsDuring the social economic transition, the Whole-nation System style can not match with our county's sports development, the disadvantages of cultivation style is getting obviously, directly affect the cultivation actuality of reserve forces, and also affects the achievement of the objectives of track and field sustainable development. Jilin Province has ever sent many outstanding athletes for our county, and was the important track and field sports training base of China, but now ,we can hardly read Jilin Province athletic in the top eight players on the list of the National Games. After consulted books and materials of the track and field, I found that, there are many research in this area, the society is in transition, it would affect the development of reserve force. According to the reality of Jilin province,and the transition of society ,This thesis attempt to seek the real factors that affect the development of Jilin reserve force.This thesis investigates the present situation of prospective talents in track and field sports in Jilin province through literature review, questionnaire investigation, interview, statistic calculation and generalization method, finally arriving at the following conclusion:(1)The cultivation system of prospective talents in track and field sports in Jilin province is a holistic system, there are few first class athletics, more in second and third stage.(2) The registered number of the prospective talents shows an obvious up and down trend in Jilin province, big number in 2005,large reducing in 2006,continuous reduce in 2007, and grown in 2008;the zone distribution of talents in track and field sports is non-uniform,mainly in Changchun, Jilin, Yanbian area,also Liaoyuan city,Tonghua city, and Baishan city.(3) The Jilin Province track and field reserve force raise benefit, the overall, the man surpasses the female, the track athletics surpasses the field events(4)Athlete's training time and the number of times can be guaranteed, athlete's subject matter is"study and training contradiction.(5) The coaches of Jilin province are mainly young and middle aged,Little high degree,especially coaches in spare time physical culture school. There are disadvantages in coaches training.(6) The degree of scientifically selecting and training prospective talents in Jilin province is relatively low. During training, many coaches don't make plan for years.(7) The contest purpose of the prospective talents mainly relies on the results and ranks.But the training and competition is not closely related.(8)Coaches in Jilin Province get hired by competition , The coaches troop is vital ,but in athletics management,athletics'work after career was not satisfied.(9) Training grid of Jilin province can meet the needs, The source of funds mainly relying on the allocation of government... |
