| China has a massive agriculture. The society will be stable only when the countryside is stable; the society will be harmonious only when the countryside is harmonious. In china, the level of the quality of rural population who accounts for 65 percent of the total population is low. The fact not only infects the rural economics and the development of national economy seriously, but also that fact infects the process of building a new socialist countryside in harmonious society severely. Rural elementary education plays a very important role in improving the level of the quality of rural population. We should advance elementary education energetically; we should promote the level of general knowledge of rural school-age children; and we should make significant efforts to raise the ideological and ethical standards and the educational, scientific and cultural qualities of the entire rural labor in order to turn population burden into human resources. Only in the way can the economic growth and the country modernization bring good prospect. Only in this way can the building of a new socialist countryside in harmonious society be in the state of being probable. Constructing a sufficient, high quality, reasonable structure and relatively stable teachers' troop is the key of developing the rural elementary education fast and efficiently.This dissertation takes the idea of building a harmonious socialist society as its guidance. It carries on accurate description and analysis about the current situation of the rural elementary education teachers' troop of our country, probes into the existing problems in the rural elementary education teachers' troop, and learns from the experience and lessons of foreign countries on our own current situation. At last, it brings forward some feasible suggestions.The dissertation can be divided into four parts:Partâ… summarizes the background of title selected and the value of this study, discusses the situation of existent studies and then elucidates the methods and thoughts of this study.Partâ…¡analyses and evaluates the current situation of the rural elementary education teachers' troop of our country on the background of balancing popularization of compulsory nine-year school achieving initial success, and examines the existing problems of the rural elementary education teachers' troop of our country.Take above conclusions as a basic, Part III researches into the deep reasons of these existing problems and demonstrates the meanings of improving the rural elementary education teachers' troop on countryside and national popularization of compulsory nine-year school respectively.The last part, on the base of above two parts, synthesizes the efforts were made by government and social sectors for the constructing of the rural elementary education teachers' troop, and then puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions of solving these problems. |
