The paper spares no effort on finding the causes for rapid development of Japan's normal education, as a result we can have a more completed and systematic discussion, and provide some theoretical principles and methods which is effectively operable, and which we can use for reference to our country's cultivation of primary school teacher. The previous half part of the thesis gives an introduction on Japan's status quo of the cultivation, which varies from cultivation mechanism, training model to its specific arrangement of curriculums, and acknowledges that the primary school teachers in Japan have bachelor's degree on the whole. On the other hand, the later half of the paper concentrates on searching the appropriate methods for training with reference to Japan's experiences. It focuses on several aspects, including how to set up a reasonable curriculum and the strengthening the training of primary school teachers who have acquired bachelor's degree. It suggests the claritification of the teacher's qualification certificate system, the legalization of the enlisting of teachers and the build-up of a more personal administration, hoping to abstract more in genius talents to teach. In the end, the paper also raises some opinions and suggestions on such issues as normal education for free and the guarantee of qualified teachers in rural areas.
