The Study Of Graduate Employment Problem Of China In The 1930's

This paper mainly studies the employment situation of college students in China during 1928-1937.China was in a rare time of peace during the period,higher education had been development a lot,the number of college students was sharply increased than before,and therefore the employment had also become a problem which people focus on.The development of higher education was full of twists and turns in this decade, coupled with kinds of social factors,the employment of college students that known as "the God's favored" was very serious. There is no systematic,comprehensive research about the issue appear at present.The article is divided into four parts which wants to make a comprehensive elaboration of the students' employment during this period.The introduction elaborated the significance of topics, Status of current research,research methods,innovation and shortage of the article.The first chapter outlines the overall employment situation of college students in China in the 1930' s,mainly including three aspects:employment environment,the college environment situation of other countries,and the situation of China.The second chapter discusses the main way and features of the college students' employment during this periodThe third chapter discusses the problems and reasons of the employment of university students during this period from both subjective and objective point of view,analyze factors which affect the employment of university students on a comprehensive view.The forth chapter puts forward solutions to solve problems of college students employment of the government and private sector during this period.Reflecting the measures taken by all walks of life and the impact of them in the process.The fifth chapter is the concluding remark of this article, come to an overall evaluation of the college students' employment of this period.Contacting with the employment situation of university students now pointed out that the enlightenment of the social impact of employment of university students,measures taken by the authorities during that time.
