Economics Analysis And Measure Research Of Developing Vocational Education In China

For a long time,influenced by the traditional ideas that one can be an official if he studies well and the trend of focusing on official career,while despising workmen and concentrating on researching and developing,while ignoring transformation,vocational education of our country is always put at a disadvantage beyond the normal education. People always consider vocational education as the complementarity of normal education.When recruiting students,it is always the normal education that matriculates the students with high scores,and then vocational education begins to matriculate students with low scores.The effect and importance of vocational education are not paid much attention to,and vocational education is still in a weak edge of our education area.Nowadays,all the developed countries are developed as a result of developing vocational education.The successful experience of these countries tell us that however advanced the future economy is,the talents a society needs are mostly from junior and senior vocational schools with high quality.However,in China,the phenomenon of focusing on normal education,while neglecting vocational education still exists.But at the same time,it is also a big problem that the workers at the first line of production are of low quality and talents with skills are lacking.Therefore,developing vocational education with Chinese characteristics and enhancing the research on vocational education theories and practice is of great importance for developing and prospering our vocational education career.By means of theory reasoning,comparison analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,this thesis analyze the development of China's vocational education with an aspect of economics,mainly studying in three parts.The first part discusses the cost and profit of vocational education and its contributions to economic growth and employment;the second part makes an analysis of the economic problems and opportunity of the present development of vocational education.The problem is mainly that the deficiency of devotion results in the poor school conditions,and the opportunity is mainly the demand for vocational talents; the third part studies the strategy and advice on vocational education,advising the government on reforming the investment system and management system of vocational education,and also advising the school venture to apply the idea of enterprise management to improve the efficiency.Through the analysis of this thesis,we can see the importance and pressure of developing vocational education.The importance is because developing vocational education can not only improve both personal and society income,but economic development.The pressure lies in the labor markets' large demand for talents with skills. However,due to some reasons such as the investment,vocational education can develop well.Therefore,it can't meet the market demand and can't play an important role as expected.So the government should regulate the investment proportion on vocational education and broaden the financing ways of non-finance education investment,such as establishing share system for the vocational cost enterprises and encouraging schools to innovate operation system.Vocational schools should allocate resources properly to improve the efficiency of school operation.
